Absolutely terrible service. Aside from not stocking a part for a "known issue" with Pixel 6s (the battery), they over promised in the ETA while my phone was circling the drain. So I called them, and asked that my preferred contact method be updated to email, as my phone would barely stay on for 2 minutes. They failed to do so. I needed a screen protector replaced on my z fold 6. I set up an appointment and within one hour my phone looked brand new again. Very good customer service. I will be going there again as needed.
