Very professional and helpful.
Alyssa and Marcus were wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond trying to fix my wife’s phone, which was stuck in a death boot loop. They were professional, communicative, and clearly took great care with the device throughout the process. Customer service-wise, they were excellent. One small note for others: if you’re bringing in a phone like a Samsung Galaxy S series with an S Pen or other removable accessories, it’s a good idea to have those items noted in their system or remove them beforehand.
