Guy running the front is a power trip, didn't like me standing over him after he took 20 minutes to check in a simple phone swap apparently and made up some bullshit excuse that my frame was bent, take your phone elsewhere
Awesome customer service! Darnell was fantastic!! I took my phone in for service after getting it wet & he explained what could and could not be repaired (water in camera lenses), and provided my with follow-on steps for phone replacement.
Same day service was exceptional and reasonable in cost for my iphone xs screen repair. Upon pickup, Darnell Jones checked me out , helped me find a case, and put on the screen protector ai purchased. He also provided me with information for coverage for other devices in my home which I had already been thinking about doing since i’m an entrepreneur! I really appreciated his knowledge about what they offer and his delivery of said information.
Darnell and his team were very professional. They had my device ready on time and it was as good as new. I will be using them again in the future and I am recommending this location to everyone I know.
