Seems like a pretty legit place but just don't have enough help....everyone was nice professional and guy correctly diagnosed my ps5 by just looking at it...ended up getting it repaired at a store that could get it back to me the same day...this was one guy working on everyone's ps5s I understand why he's behind..and it's not his fault....he needs more techs to help w the load
They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of my issues very quickly. I would definitely return for any future issues i need help with.
Once again, they managed to fix my husband's phone.So i'm happy about that, but it still seems to be having some airs just like before.I don't know if maybe it's a software with the hardware or what god talk to.The guy also bought a gang system for my daughter.There works great and bought a controller for me.The buttons are a little sticky.My husband's gonna try and fix that.But fifty bucks for xbox, one x controller ain't bad.
