Go to another location. The people here lie to your face. I brought my iPad to the Fairfield uBreakiFix and it's been nothing but a nightmare for almost a year. 3 separate claims. The device came back in worse condition, and instead of taking accountability, I was given the same line over and over: "Bring it back, we'll repair it." I already brought it back. A technician looked at it, admitted it couldn't be repaired, (and they use 3rd party screens for repairs. NOT APPLE SCREENS) and then refused to document that because th... read more
