they did really good about fixing it and didn’t take too long and we’re friendly. I got it done a few months ago but the screen along the edges has bubbles forming under it. and the very bottom has a slight touch issue compared to the rest of the screen. i’m not sure what the bubbles are either but they don’t really seem to affect anything so far. edit: i got this done like 3 years ago and i have a new phone now but i do remember when i got this done, the bottom of my screen was NO where near how touch sensitive it should ha... read more

Though they were not able to help me due to the age of the tablet, the tech was upfront with me about the reason the tablet's repair cost just wouldn't be worth it in the long run. They offered to return the tablet free of charge, but I told them to just recycle it. It saved us both time and effort, and money. I will definitely seek them out first if I have any future electronic repairs.
