Incompetent. Horrible service. Good luck. Yikes. Cale or whatever his name is lied about having a phone fixed got us back in the store said he closed a claim and re-open a new claim… never closed the claim… phones still broke…headaches this place is the DMV of shitty cellphone service. Word of advice don’t break a phone in Illinois 🙄
I went to you break it. I fix it store out in Orland Park Sunday afternoon and he fixed it for me by showing me that at the other T-Mobile store that I went to first set my ringer at another tone which wasn't working at all. So because he switched it to a different one it started working so I was very happy that we were able to figure it out real quick and the guy that works there seems very knowledgeable about everything. Cade was very professional and helpful . He explained the warranty that I have and helped me file a claim . My cracked screen was fixed and I was on my way home in 30 minutes! I can’t thank him enough !!
