Fast and efficient
If it’s older than a few years don’t bother. They'll come up with any excuse not to repair out of date products. Cracked the screen on my Apple Watch and the “excuse” I got for them not being able to work on it was they couldn’t source an Apple screen. I’m being told all of this while a sign on the table reads “some Apple products will use non oem parts and could void warranty” so either they actively avoid some repairs or they have problems in their parts supply chain. Chris suggested before doing any lengthy expensive diagnostics, I buy a new charging cable and he was right. That solved my problem and was not the motherboard as I was thinking. I went to see if the laptop needing cleaning and Chris also told me it was in great shape. I will go back with any future computer issues. I felt very much taken care of and honest answers to my questions. Thank you Chris!!
