I was pleased with the turn around on my repair, once the part came in. My only concern was I never received a message that the part had come in. I don't know if I could have had the repair last week. Thanks for the convenience and support.
The technician was quick to find a solution to my cracked glass cover. He was able to remove the glass shards safely and apply a new cover in a matter of minutes. I will definitely return the next time I have trouble with my phone or other tech.
