He diagnosed and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes, communicated clearly throughout, and took extra steps to ensure everything was working before I left. Friendly, professional, and efficient, exactly the kind of service I hoped for. I’ll definitely return and will recommend this place to friends and family.

My only complaint would be, that if it's taking longer to fix, I would have loved to be informed. Other than that I was very pleased with the results excellent job.I have a very happy grandson. Thank you lots!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Timon and Pumba talk to you like your an idiot because your asking questions trying to understand how to get your phone fixed! Thanks for nothing but wasting my time because SOMEONE WILL HAPPILY TAKE MY MONEY OR INSURANCE TO FIX MY PHONE!
