I don't care how long they take to fix my phone. I was told multiple times that I did not have insurance so I walked in there ready to pay $700+ to fix my screen on a brand new Samsung Fold 7 and he still checked for me if insurance will cover it. And sure enough, it does. Amazing people that are here for YOU and not for providers.
