Ethan was a champ! He and the others did a great job on my devices and even had a little fun with me which I expect! Although I hope to never see them again, If I have to have a device repaired I will definitely be going back. They were able to repair a Z Fold but my son destroyed his Switch (but they tried). 10/10
Popped into the store to have a screen and possible issue with our charging port. We were created by a very knowledgeable and kind young man named Ethan. He quickly assessed the phone and said it would be done within a half hour. It was true to his word and it was ready. He asked us if we needed the Assurion protection, but we already have it. Was just so kind and friendly. You don’t see that very much these days in young people. Thank you Ethan for your service.
We use uBreakiFix for all of our smart device repair needs. My son's iPhone needed to have a cracked screen replaced today. Ethan was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us two different options with two different costs and communicated this to us upfront. The repair was done quickly and we received notification that we could pick up the newly repaired phone. Great place!
