Item fixed in timely manner
I could not be more thankful that this place exists! Notorious for dropping my phone I so appreciate youbreakIfix is so close and convenient. However, what I really appreciate is how fast they are. Ethan and Shahla are both exceptional. Too often our day collides with people who are grumpy and I feel like I'm bothering them when asking for help. Not with Ethan and Shahal - both are very friendly and professional. Thanks you two! You made my day!
Didn’t repair phone properly and wouldn’t stand behind warranty 2 days later. Took my phone to another repair shop after this and they said the screen was fine. The cable had just come loose. Run from this location!
