I took my Samsung phone on Saturday to ubreakifix because I cracked my screen and I have Asurion insurance. Chuck is very nice and had my phone was ready in two hours.
This is the second opportunity I have had to work with Brian and the second time I have had one of the two or three best customer service experiences in 50 years in any industry. On each occasion, I visited the store with extremely technical and complex issues related to my Samsung phone. On each occasion, I previously contacted Samsung technical support six to seven times.
