They saved all my data from my broken phone. Had to temporarily swap out a screen to initiate the ITunes transfer. Worked like a charm. The gentleman that helped me was nice and answered all my questions.
The worst customer service ever. Brought my phone in for a screen repair. It was still functional just had a crack. 7 hours later they said they weren't able to fix my phone because one of the several diagnostic tests came back bad. So they took the new screen off, put my cracked screen back on and gave me back my phone. At this point the screen wouldn't turn on at all and the guy Cam had cracked the back of the phone.
