Quick, easy visit to fix my iPhone. Just needed a new battery and it was finished within an hour. Courteous staff who answered my questions.
I brought my (working) phone in here for a battery replacement. After a few hours with the phone, I arrived to be told they couldn't fix the battery but would give me the phone back as it was. I got the phone home and it wouldn't connect to a wireless network at all. They said that their DM James Yaeger refuses to take ownership and fix the phone or replace it, although it was broken in their care.
