Great service. Michael was great, he took me in and serviced my phone quick. If you need your phone fixed quickly, this is the place to go.

They gave a 2 week window to fix PS 5 it took longer than 2 weeks with zero updates when I called them. Then at pick up they said they couldn’t fix it!!!! Terrible service and very poor communication- be warned
Easy to get my item fixed, I was able to mail in and then pick it up at the store. Had a few issues or things I didn’t like, 1 is you can’t get in contact with the store directly you have to go through the answering service. I would have like to talk to someone at the store with questions but only could get the answering service. 2 is the price, I got a replacement HDMI port on my PS5, when I looked around it was cheaper (I paid $220) but to be fair those where mom and pop computer repair stores so I don’t know if that was a... read more
