They were great! My laptop wasn’t able to be fixed, but the team was super helpful and got me in and out very quickly
My charger broke off and was stuck inside the charging port of my iPad Air 2. I made an appointment online and walked into the store within the time frame that I chose. I did not have to wait to be helped at all. The gentleman at the front desk took it into the back room and came back less than five minutes later. The charging port was clear and the piece of the charger that was stuck inside was removed. Convenient, but not worth it- just take your phone to your carrier or directly to Apple. I went to get my back cover replaced and it was over $300.. then when I returned for pickup, they said I needed a battery replaced, which would be an additional $150. I declined and took my phone to Apple since they will replace batteries for free. Apple let me know the techs replacing my back cover didn’t do a good job- they missed screws and other things to the point where Apple ended up having to replace their work, plus the battery… ... read more
