Great work on my screen and not to expensive either
I have had the best experience with UbreakIFix on west main in Kalamazoo Michigan. Being a non technical person these young men have been totally amazing. Treating me like they would their own mom/ grandmother. They have saved me with things I could never have figured out on my own. I have purchased batteries cords screen savers but are willing to take time even w/o a purchase. Great employees.
I have used UbreakIFix on several times. They are a pleasure to work with and solved my issues quickly. Their fees were excellent when compared with other computer repair stores.
My phone got fixed. But don't expect the quick repair time of one to two hours. I had to wait about three hours to get my phone back. And I had to suggest strongly that the rep HONOR THE COST QUOTED ON THE WEBSITE, when I booked my appointment time. It is sad that businesses are so nonchalant about rendering excellent customer service.
Got my iPhone into its case so all the buttons worked when I couldn’t do it! Thank you!

told me I didn't need a battery in my iPhone6 but I asked them to change it anyway. They did good job and were honest in telling me at 92% I was still OK. Friendly guys and I will return when I need help
