Not happy with these folks. Went in for a paid out of warranty screen repair both back and front. Quoted and agreed to price. When I went back in was told Samsung denied the repair do to something that had nothing to do with the paid repair. Had more to do with a new phone sale than a $400 repair. Had the phone for 4 hours till I stopped back to find out on repair. Horrible way to do business should have told me upfront that Samsung had the a say in the matter. They turned it down due to nothing that had to do with paid scre... read more
