Customer service was amazing! I had an issue with my phone screen and thought I would have to leave it to be fixed. The guy at the front desk solve the issue in 2 minutes!!! I was able to leave with my phone. I recommend this particular store!

On July 9, 2025, I took a laptop into the location on Winchester. This store is the one closest to Walmart. I had a broken item stuck in my USB port. Mark and technicians, in a matter of minutes, took care of my problem. Excellent Customer Service provided by Mark???? and crew. Thank you. Btw, I have visited this location numerous times since my retirement in 2020. Always great service.
I had a grain of rice stuck in the charging port - I am sure you can guess why😂. At any rate, I tried to dislodge it myself and only made things worse. I came up to ‘ubrrakifix’ and within 2 minutes my issue was resolved! Customer service was OUTSTANDING!!
