person working showed up 30 mins late then told me I had to file a claim and come back....the person I talked to on the phone told me it was a flat rate for my repair and they had the part to do it....waste of time and unprofessional.. would of given zero stars
My phone was fully functional but the screen went black. I brought it into this store in Smithtown, was told it would be $350 and would be done in 2 hours. Went back for it and was handed my phone with a smashed screen that was taped together, a back that fell off, and was told that they didn't know how to repair it, but wanted $30 for the diagnostic. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. UPDATE - Same idiotic response received at Yelp. This number they forwarded was one we spoke to the other day and they did NOTHING but accuse me of dam... read more
