I took my 2022 Apple iPhone SE here for a battery because it wasn’t holding a charge for long, and the battery health was at 82%. Abu and Balmore came to the rescue, with the battery in stock and at a reasonable price. I trust this place over a kiosk in the mall because at least they know what they’re doing. I recently visited the uBreakiFix Smithtown location and had an experience that was both frustrating and redeeming. While Asurion had made an appointment for me and assured me that my phone repair would be covered, when I arrived they was not the case. The agent from Asurion provided me false information. However, the real heroes of the day were Abu and Bolmoye at the Ubreakifix store.
