Your rep, Kyle, took a personal interest in my iPhone-11 battery charging problem. He clearly explained possible causes and remedial options, plus cost considerations. It was decided that Battery replacement was the best course of action. Kyle then took charge and when I returned to the store (Smithtown, LI NY), and I was good to go.
My experience was outstanding, very helpful and also installed my case and screen protector, I also will have my laptop updated, great outstanding service 👏
Brought in my switch for a crack in the screen. It was quick and easy to bring it in and replace the protector! One and done!
