They wouldn't fix my galaxy fold 6 that was under warrenty because they said the two screens were not alighted and claiming it was a damage, which i disagree with, it is normal flex by design of the foldable feature. It could have also been considered eat and tear. But they declined to fix it. Poor customer service. Inside was clean and well stocked.
I came in to fix my battery and Josh was helpful and quick! I thought I was going to have to drop my phone off overnight but he was able to squeeze me in and finished the service in less than an hour!!! Thank you Josh! :)
The worst service in this store. I've made an appointment to replace my screen protector. It's been 3 weeks. But when I finally arrived, they said the item wasn't available. It's stupid to waste time every week waiting for confirmation from their service.
