Dropped off a phone for a warranty repair - screen went black with a green line (pixel). The person said it would be ready in 2 hours. I don't live nearby so I asked if they could call me when it's ready so there isn't any extra time in traffic. The 2 hours passed and no call. I assumed if they finished early they would call me because why not? When I didn't get a call I assumed they must still be working on it or it was worse than initially suspected. He is really kind, explains well, and can be trusted. The price is reasonable, too.
Repair all the problems that the device has.
Phone carrier was no help fixing my issue. However, the guys at the store were awesome ( 2-phones no data service for almost a month) and they fixed both in one day. The prices are great and the employees are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them!
