These guys are life savers!!! My phone was completely out of wack and they fixed it in less than an hour!!! i couldn’t be happier!!!
I had such an amazing experience at this location today. My phone cracked yesterday at work and AT&T helped me file a claim through Asurion. I took it to uBreakiFix in between meetings and they were so kind and helpful, and when they found out I was short on time, they were able to get my phone looking brand new in 20 minutes! I was told to make an appointment by Samsung for a phone repair under warranty. So, I made an appointment for 4pm. When I got there, there was an elderly lady in line, one kid waiting on her and another working on a laptop with 4 other people watching. So I waited. Finally, when it was my turn, I explained to the kid that I had a 4pm appointment and the issue I was having with my phone. Great same day service and best of all, my phone is working like new. They live up to their name because I thought, for sure I'd need a new phone, and they proved it could be fixed. I love how it is working, and they warranty their work for one year. Truly professional; I highly recommend giving them a chance before buying a new phone.
