Speed to have the iPad repaired was quick; they had the part in stock. The quality of the part is questionable (is probably an after-market part and not a true Apple part). Very expensive experience here, relative to competitors (via quick online searches). Went here for convenience. Will get a quote first from these guys before using them again in the future.
Iam 74 year old woman with memory problems and I went to uBreakiFix at the forum and talk to Michael, what a good experience, I couldn't remember my pass word and my cell kept asking me for my password every time I turned it off and on. Absolutely the best first experience using You Break I Fix. Sent an inquiry through their website, was contacted by their tech Mike within a few hours, he followed up with pricing. Dropped my iPhone off and in a matter of 2 hours I was on my way. Even took the time to clean ports and speakers of my iPhone. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back for all of our electronic repair needs.
