The staff at this store are incredibly friendly, but their service leaves much to be desired. The glass replacement they provided for my iPhone 14 Pro was incredibly fragile. As I was preparing my phone for trade-in, I removed the case and discovered that the back glass was cracked. Despite my phone being always protected by a case and me not recalling dropping it, they refused to honor the warranty. Consequently, I was forced to pay again to replace the back glass.
Amazing experience and team. Highly recommend!
