Took my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra which suddenly had a long crack on the screen. I was immediately greeted, the phone was examined expertly in front of me by the head of the team and the screen protector was replaced (with a spare one I had), all in a few minutes, no charge!!! This is phenomenal service in speed and quality------unmatched in Lawrence, KS, could not be better, highly recommended UBreakIfix store.

broke a screen on my Google Pixel phone, called around, uBreakiFix in Lawrence were polite and helpful on the phone and ready to help. This was late on a Saturday, they said come on in and we can get you taken care of. They had the screen in stock, and said that it would be an hour and a half, and that they would have the device back that evening. Had an Apple Watch battery installed and a screen fixed on my Dell laptop. During intake I was informed the Dell was not under warranty and I agreed to the repair. But other staff who performed the repair double checked and found the Dell was under warranty and the repair was free. The turnaround time for both services was excellent. I appreciate the customer service provided and that they proactively saved me money too!
