Very nice, helpful staff. Went out of their way to fix my phone quickly. Will use them again with my other devices.
I've always received no nonsense & extremely helpful down to earth service from this location. What is leading me to leaving this review is how my boyfriend describes the two guys who have helped him when he has had to get his phone fixed. He instructed me to talk to either "the black kid, because he is a 'ROCK STAR' 10/10 would recommend" OR "the guy with the Beard of Knowledge" were his exact words. Excellent place to get your phone cleaned or repaired. Never been to one of these shops. Was told to go there to see if they could do some with my phone. I have a Google phone and I don't like it. It stopped charging and the volume button fell out so it's been a pain. But took the advice. Went to this place in Lawrence on 23rd. Guy took want to look at it with confidence and said I probably know what your problem is. I was just full of nasty cruds stuck up in the charging port.
