I am really impressed with the Services they provided for me, they did everything I ask for and more. I do have to say they do know what they are doing and do it well, I am wondering why it took me so long to find this place and with the monthly Insurance Plan for $29.99 it cost me nothing for the work they did. I would have had to pay $100.00 plus Tax and I even bought it from them, but since it was 6 months old they were having to charge me for the same Services that Jamal did. I went to get my laptop diagnosed for any issues and get it cleaned as I hadn't had it cleaned since 2021. My laptop previously had an issue of the bottom getting really hot when I watched videos or movies. The fan would also get really loud. All of it got fixed. My battery is also not draining as fast because the fan is not being forced to run at max for every little thing.
