Levi provided excellent customer service! He sent a courtesy message letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He explained what he would be doing and gave an approximate time it would take to fix the screen. He ended up fixing the screen faster than expected, ensured we were satisfied with his work and closed with a friendly handshake!
Ryan and Rowan were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and were able to get our job done in the same day, actually earlier than promised. The staff took the time to explain things and made it a very comfortable experience. This is the first place we’ll think of next time we have something that needs repaired.
