I had to leave town for a flight and time was very tight because the replacement part for my phone was delayed in getting to the store. Bryce was able to fix my phone in the minimum amount of time and it works great! Very grateful to him.

Love it. They always fix phone. Even when my screen is broken, they can do a temporary screen fix and transfer all your data! It cost 100$ but can you put a price on that?? Even the order of the apps was the same! I suggest this location, not minneapolis. Good luck:)
I called to make sure they had the parts, they said yes. Set up an apointment 4 days in advance, drove an hour to get my Galaxy s23 ultra screen repaired. Arrived and they said they didn't have the adhesive to reapply the screen. Extremly disappointing and frustrating. Will not go back.
We had a claim submitted through our carrier on 07/13. I was calling everyday, and didn’t get an answer. Until I did, a few days before the claim needed to be completed. We bring in the phone today, as we were told if it’s before 3:30pm, same day return of our devices would happen. Except we were told today “it’s a highly likely chance that you may or may not get your phones.” like what does that mean? The service was very dull, and didn’t seem like the guy wanted to be there.
