Fantastic customer service! I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to get our repair taken care of right away!
The tech came to change my battary and broke my phone entirely. He said "sorry", and turned around to leave, but I asked him to stay and help because I need the phone for work and can't be without. He told me I could drive to the store an hour away, or call a number which ended up taking over an hour on the phone, and after explaining the situation to a dozen people, only to hear that the tech hadn't closed out the ticket so there was nothing they could do. Friendly and attentive service. Was unfortunately unable to fix. However, provided a reasonable and detailed explanation as to why.
Great service and it only took a couple hours. Highly recommend.
