Had an iPad screen replaced before, no issue. Brought my iPhone for repair and the technician didn't even want to bother with it. I brought it to a local shop and fixed in two hours. I won't be coming back here again!
Rude and incompetent staff
Friendly enough, but they really struggle to solve issues. I gave them a bunch of information on how my computer tower was crashing and, after nearly a month, they updated the graphics driver. After I got the tower back it still crashes.
Battery replacement was fast and efficient!
Never again. Twice sent by phone manufacturer and even Best Buy, store in Dedham, he is rude and denies that he can fix anything. Except glass repair, for twice what phone is worth.
