Organised repair, shop was unable to repair due to issues which is OK, but they never phoned to cancel just waited until I turned up. I messaged to reorganize repair and they just didnt reply.
My PSU died and I drop it off here. They tell me they'll get back to me in two days. A week goes by before I hear from them, with a quote for replacement PSU and labor, the labor of simply swapping these parts costing approximately $100. I get my own part and replace it at home, only to find out that my heatsink is incredibly loose and my CPU is hitting 90 degrees Celsius. No mention of that from this store.
