Shane was very knowledgeable! Fixed my phone quickly as well! Great customer service!
They cleaned my charging port in 5 minutes and were really cool people
Team was wonderful. Had viruses on both phone and tablet. Said it would be about 2 hrs to repair but only to about 30 minutes. Took me about 30 mins to get home to get the phone they text to tell me my phone was ready.
Terrible experience dropped my phone at 5pm it was gonna take 1 hr to replace the screen, then they move the completion time for the following day in the morning. Never received a call so I followed up at 1130 am they had not even started it !!
