Be Aware!! They fixed the problem on my daughter's phone but seems to find additional so called issues with the power port, that was not part of the original problem. They said it could not connect to or through their computer. I believe they do this in order for you to insure with them for a year, an additional $60. I did not agree to this and if you don't agree there is absolutely no warranty the minute you walk out. Most businesses warranty their work for at least a week if something gone wrong. Beware of these scammers. They don't hold true to the 1 year warranty. I had cracked phone screen, they repaired it, and then a month later the screen just stopped working out of nowhere. I had to take it back again, they repaired it, and 3 months later the same issue. Now they say that can't fix it because it's not the screen that broken. I sent the phone to Samsung and they said it's the screen and they didn't repair it correctly. Unless you want to waste your time and money don't go to this store.
Excellent service. Called, part ordered & repair done in 3 days. Very reasonably priced. I'm a repeat customer. 2nd time with damaged screen by dropping phone on concrete!
