Jimmy was very helpful. The repair was done a little sooner than promised, which was very appreciated because I was without a phone for about 3.5 hours. Will definitely use them again.
Absolutely WORST experience! They broke my phone and would not honor the repair. They charged me for merchandise that was not put on my phone. The owner or manager of the store couldn’t have been ruder and refused to take responsibility. I would not recommend them at all!!! I have always used other stores and tried something new but will never go back to or recommend ubreakifix in Arlington center of Baton Rouge. I hope the owner or managers decision costs the store more than the $200 they cost me!
