The service was quick and excellent.
Sure they fixed my screen after I dropped it but my screen quality is much worse. If the quality was going to be this affected they should tell people. Also I was quoted 2 days for a repair, and it took 3 days. I had to go into the store to see about my phone in order to get it back. I was also met with attitude over the phone. I appreciate the repair but the customer service and disclosure is seriously lacking. Great service !!!!
Best to avoid this place… went in to get a phone screen fixed and we walked in and nobody was at the front desk all we heard was a “hold on” and never once saw a person after sitting there for 15-20 minutes but heard them back there the whole time. We left and will try a different place.
