Fast and friendly service! Went just before closing to have charging port repaired on an IPhone. Serviced completed in less than 10 minutes.

Went to get my phone fixed, they didn't fix it nor did they try to fix it. I never received a call, explaining to me what was going on. Yet, my phone was given back to me with the screen off. The tech who served me, Tyler K., was very nonchalant and unconcerned about my queries. He told me, "there's nothing we can do. The phone is unable to be fixed, at least not at this store by us. Just file a claim with Assurion to get a replacement device", then turned his back to me and walked away, leaving me confused and appalled.
