My Daughter had a meltdown after her phone screen just lifted out of nowhere. So I put in a claim and was told to go to Ubreakifix in Greenwich Village. Talk about above and beyond, the store literally was closing in 30 mins. Robert came out said he will do all that he can to help us, but needed to open the phone. I came by to see if I could salvage my laptop running Windows 10, which seemed bricked after too many updates. I couldn't reset or reinstall Win10 myself. Marc there ended up being able to install a fresh OS and updated all my drivers and now it's running like new again. And for all this it cost NOTHING - he refused to charge me on principle as it was a 'simple' software issue! Amazing customer service, honest and straightforward.
