My laptop experience a damaged screen, and it's touch screen. I was livid when it happened. I dropped off my baby & they took care of him. When I picked up my baby, he was gorgeous!! They were professional & precise throughout the entire process. He worked fine. Before leaving, I asked if they offered a to go box or a cover. The tech put my baby in bubble wrap. I said "Ah, a HP laptop condom." We shared a good laugh. I'd definitely return if I need another repair. Thanks everyone
