Customer service was great! Dropped my phone off and it was fixed and ready a few hours later. Definitely recommend for cellphone repair!
Mr Matt and Mr Steve are AMAZING. Even after I lost my shit in their lobby when I realized I had been misinformed and given the run around by Asurion and AT&T about my insurance coverage on my phone and the time expectancy of the repair. They certainly went above and beyond and were extremely professional when they certainly had every right not to be towards me. Thank you again, gentlemen. My phone is like new, you got it covered, and you made an angry customer very happy. My apologies once again.

My daughter dropped her phone at work and completely smashed her screen. We took it to UBreakIFix at 4pm and they let us know it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because they needed it for a full work day. I got a phone call at 6:15pm the same day, telling me they had it done! Thank you so much to the guys at UBreakIFix for going over and beyond and getting it done fast!! It was so appreciated and the smile on her face when I picked her up from work was priceless!
