Brought my computer in because it wouldn't charge. Brought it to one place that told me it was an internal problem. Brought it to a well known repair place associated with a big box store who told me they don't work on my computer, even though I bought it there 2-3 years ago. Brought it here, where the first thing Kane did was to try using a different charging cord. Viola! It began charging. Told me to bring it back if it didn't work.
