Herrible service, the guy Derrick was super rude and treated me like I don't know anything. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Fix it wireless is way better and they actually treat you like a human being and explains the process. Edited: that's a lie. I already contacted them and they told me they have nothing to do with you to contact the store!! You all are some scummy people!! Friendly staff and efficient work. I dropped off my phone around 5:30pm and was quoted a pickup time of 1pm the following day but I did not mind parting ways with my phone. The screen was shattered but now back to perfect condition.
Been coming here for years and never been charged to clean my usb c port, only takes two minutes I’ve had it done like 5 times. Today they tried to charge me $30.00 to get it cleaned. Good riddance 👋
