My daughter had broken off the charger in her iPad. I walked in at 10 AM and Norm right away fixed the problem. Much to my surprise there was no charge for this and he was the nicest he could have been! Definitely definitely go here for all your tech issues! You will not be disappointed!
My phone screen was horribly cracked and unusable. After submitting an insurance claim my service was completely covered and not only that they had my phone looking brand new after only an hour and a half. They even gave me a screen protector to make sure I don’t run into this issue again! I highly recommend if you phone provider offers insurance with asurion!
