Amazing service! Staff was friendly, services were efficient, and clear communication throughout the process! I highly recommend them and will be back for any other repairs I may need in the future.
Don't bring your laptops here. Lack of communication on all fronts. Wasted my time waiting on a diagnostic for a week. Was advised twice I would be getting a phone call update that never came up. So I just picked up my laptop and explained what had happened. No acknowledgement whatsoever or apology for the lack of communication. Terrible way to handle business. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere! A phone call update takes 3 minutes though.
I was having problems with my phone not charging so I stopped in after work without an appointment. They quickly got my port cleaned out and now it charges with no issues at all.
They did not have the permission to replace the original part on my sons xbox gaming device..
