Ben was a great front office guy. The work was done in less than an hour and was excellent.

After having trouble with the Rivers Ave location, I took it upon myself to not give up & try somewhere else. This is the result of not giving up. My phone was busted with an almost full flashing-white screen & the camera was accidentally disabled from the first repair attempt @ Rivers. These guys got me back in business within 2 hours. "Come back at 2:11." When I heard that, I knew I was gonna be fine. 211 has been a recurring synchronicity in my life & that day further proved it.

I needed a USB boot drive created for Windows 11. I had the USB drive already. The cost and time quoted to do that was 1 hour at $39. I knew that was too much time and too much money. I got creative and made the boot drive using my cell phone and it only took 15 minutes to do. I restored my laptop with no data loss.
