The guys we're great. Very efficient in getting me my computer back within a few days.
Between calls and email communication, they keep you up to date quickly with what's going on with your device and they have great customer service. We've been taking our devices here for 5 years for various issues and have never been unsatisfied.
Their regular repairs are pretty good. They do it decent job, but when I asked them to do diagnostics on a iPhone 13 mini that has been dropped in water and was boot looping, they said it was not fixable, but all I had to do was plugging into my computer and restore it. They also were trying to charge me $300 to replace the back glass even though it’s a 20 minute job and a $20 part.
