Rude and unkind employee was a turnoff right from the beginning. - made me wonder if me existing had ruined her day. Then the price to replace a battery was about the same price of buying a new one. A half hearted attempt to sell some terrible repair plan (that you can cancel at any time), the proceeds to tell me she won’t sell it if I cancel after month one was the strike three. It came back with different problems it didn’t have when I took it in took 2 weeks to fix a controller when I can paint a whole house in a week
