Absolutely the worse, least experienced and most unreliable service I have ever received at any shop. Before diving deep into the problem of my device, the tech tried repeatedly to sell me an insurance plan and asked if I was willing to wait 31 days for a repair that took another shop 6 hours!! On top of that, the “risk” of doing the job included them NOT being liable for breaking the device further in an attempt to fix the first problem. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE that this place is trash!

This place is great Justin the technician helped file my insurance claim for me after being sent by AT&T and was very kind and thorough
dropped my phone and the screen cracked. they were able to fix it super fast and super well. customer service was also really good and helpful.
