Was ok but pretty expensive. I never got an update email and they expect you to still use paper receipts to check the order on the site whenever.... Also they have a lot of cheap but obviously used cell phone cases and accesories for sale. Be prepared to have to wait for them to order parts if you have an Android or older phone. Techs were efficient and did indeed fix my phone, but not the friendliest. I will say they did a great job handling all the people in line and answering insurance questions.
