We were able to get the screen on a not-late-model phone replaced in just a few hours. I usually go to this location because they do tend to have more parts in stock than other locations in our area. The young man who checked us in was polite, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. I will return here the next time I need a repair. Not five stars because the price is far cheaper than a new phone, but still high, and because they did not call me when the repair was done.
