Absolutely terrible, is this a bank in the uk ? Really they treat you professionally in the Pakistan branches but this is a London branch , they treat you like they own you, and try to belittle you should be closed down
Scammers. They take your details and say there are issues but end up taking more fee. Do not use this company
Awful customer service - online platforms and the app do not work
Terrible customer service in the UK. Telephone support is NIL Agents don't know anything. When they finally answer you after 40 mins of constant "we are very busy" the Agent will put you on hold ( obviously while they try and contact someone else to help them with your query) come back to you and don't apologise for keeping you on hold for so long, plus they don't know how to explain what has gone wrong with your account! It's a nightmare that might only be resolved by contacting the Financial Ombudsman.
