As a gift to myself for my birthday, I'd organised a two night stay at the Fairmont Resort, along with a spa treatment at Ubika Day Spa & Wellness Centre. From the moment I walked into Ubika, the customer service was exceptional. I had a wonderful pre-treatment preparation using the salt room, sauna, and jacuzzi. 12/10 amazing Asha is an exceptional therapist. I had a 90 min treatment with her yesterday and it was one of the best I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend her and will return again to enjoy a massage and facial with Asha. I felt amazing afterwards. A million thank you xx
My husband and I were recently gifted a couples spa treatment at Ubika. From the moment we arrived it was such a warm and inviting greeting by Makenna & Charlotte. The lounge was peaceful and relaxing where we sipped on peppermint tea and chose the oils for our massage. We started with a hot tub soak and then greeted by our therapists Flaminia and Faith. My experience was amazing ... from the serene waiting room, the attentive staff, the well appointed treatment rooms and the beautiful selection of massage oils. We had an amazing 90 minute couples treatment, this facility is definitely worth your money. Beautiful location, attention to detail and the massages were excellent.
