My partner shouted my bestie and I a 4 hour package here yesterday and it was to die for!!! It was one of the most relaxing and indulgent experiences we have ever had. We have done lots of different spa experiences before and tried lots of places, but this place was perfect. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and you could tell that they loved their jobs. They put so much love into the whole experience and we left feeling like we were walking on clouds!
Indulged in a 90 minute treatment for myself. Flaminia/ Flominia was so lovely and gave the most amazing massage. She provided excellent medium pressure and was kind to check often if the pressure was comfortable. I will certainly be requesting her in future, when we visit next time. So many nice plush towels provided in the treatment. The receptionist Faith was very polite, she really provided outstanding customer service when I queried a booking error on arrival. Excellent experience! I had the best experience at Ubika Day spa, it feels peaceful the moment you step through the door 😊I used the jacuzzi which was perfect as well as the beautiful sauna and indoor pool before getting a massage and facial (thank you Mia you're an incredible massage therapist). I would highly recommend and I will be back!
Absolutely phenomenal treatment - highly recommend! My partner and I booked in for a 90 minute session including both a full body massage and facial and we both walked away on a cloud. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!
