My friend wanted to rent a car from them and asked me to join him. The utter incompetence and lack of organization is evident from the moment we got in. The appointment was for 11 AM and there were 20 people sitting there. Why do they even give an appointment if its so mismanaged? There were 2 employees. This company gets paid to provide rentals for customers and obviously they don't care about their customers and the bankruptcy was well deserved.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received in my life every time I go here the women especially are rude attitude just horrible. They never answer the phone there's always something wrong with the cars I returnd my car the lady told me I needed to vacuum it out so I took it and got it cleaned out and she still charged me $50 cleaning fee.

Rented through uber for about 6+ weeks here. Both males are rude, one of them made a bad joke referring to Tesla being dirty because “my cousin” didn’t clean it right, meaning because car wash guy is Hispanic like I am. Teslas are old, beat up and dirty with horrible range. Some cars clean and good, some not. Gas cars are best option, good luck with EV’s. Only the two ladies were polite. I’m definitely not coming back here. 7/18/25 1:40pm

I rented from them yesterday. I was helped within 20 mins. Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. Today, July 8 I had to return the precious vehicle because it started having mechanical issues. I was helped by Desiree and she was also super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and do business with them.
