I went this place for rent a uber car with no energy and hope's because other location's gave me bad experience in last two weeks. I don't know why some people write bad for this location. But I've had good energy and experience with all the staff and car and whole services. MR Stanley was very nice and helpful to me. Many thanks and appreciate to you sir. God bless you. Mohammad. B

If you think you can rent a car and make money doing Uber through Hertz, you can't. I was quoted $250 a week for the rental, then I was uncharged to a midsize sedan which I was told they'd do complimentary but I was charged for anyway. Total actual rental cost upfront came to about $400, not $250. Then when I returned the vehicle they charged me almost $200 for 3/4 tank of gas, a $75 cleaning fee (it just needed a car wash) and for some reason, another weeks rental totaling and extra $650 upon return. Wasted 2 hours trying to pick up an Uber Tesla rental. Lady told me they had no EVs and she had to cancel all the EV reservations even though mine showed not canceled. This company is a joke. Uber still has the rentals listed in their app. Hertz doesn't keep Uber up to date or inform the customer of the cancellations. Nobody answers the phone here either which would have only cost me some minutes.

I have to give 1 stars because the Tesla they rented me is damaged and infected with cockroaches. I saw one, I thought that's odd. Then came several more of the same type of roaches crawling from vents, side panels and the center consoles.
