There was a time this service wasn't available to UAW members, then in 2017 it was added back into the contract. I called on a Thursday and spoke with an advisor/paralegal, a lawyer called me back on Friday and walked me through an issue and even went the extra mile to send me some 'language' pertaining to my particular situation. In the past they've done a real estate transfer for me and also wrote my will. I feel that I have always received the highest level of care from them and I for one am very grateful for this benefit... read more
