I was probably Grant's most annoying customers and he handled it with grace and professionalism. I asked a lot of questions on a thread with him since May/25 and then decided to do my flight review in Sept/25 after a difficult scheduling availability (mostly my fault). I booked the flight training and flight review package with a drone rental through UAVertical. I initially reached out via email to ask about scheduling, Grant was very responsive and flexible. I did the flight training and review with Gerrit, which was a great experience. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor and assessor, the whole event was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend UAVertical for anyone looking for training, assessments or UAV services.
