I cannot say enough negative things about UARK Federal Credit Union. I came here because I had always heard credit unions were supposed to care more about people than big banks, but this has been by far the worst banking and lending experience I have ever had in my life. I opened an account with them about a year ago specifically to build a relationship and eventually get a small auto loan for an older vehicle. Great people to deal with
I've never had a worse banking experience. This is a loan company, that masquerades as a banking institution. Abysmal Customer Service - every thing is outsourced; have an Online Banking issue? Only one person can help & they're never there; Problem logging in to your app? Same response. Sophomoric Fraud Safeguards - randomly declining Auto Drafts that have been in the system for years, and freezing your debit card up, because "Fraud" - this exact situation nearly cost me a 20 year old Life Insurance Policy, that had been Au... read more
I used them to purchase a new home and they were easy to work with and excellent communication. The title company said that they were really great to work with as well.
