Great people to deal with
I've never had a worse banking experience. This is a loan company, that masquerades as a banking institution. Abysmal Customer Service - every thing is outsourced; have an Online Banking issue? Only one person can help & they're never there; Problem logging in to your app? Same response. Sophomoric Fraud Safeguards - randomly declining Auto Drafts that have been in the system for years, and freezing your debit card up, because "Fraud" - this exact situation nearly cost me a 20 year old Life Insurance Policy, that had been Au... read more
I used them to purchase a new home and they were easy to work with and excellent communication. The title company said that they were really great to work with as well.
I’ve been a credit union member since 2010, and yesterday was the second time that they helped me out with low fixed interest personal loan that really helped us out. They made it simple and transparent.
