Avoid seeing Dr Nance. She is consistently unhelpful to my husband while using her as his ortho. She won’t order him scripts (non narcotic) because she wants lab work but won’t order the lab work. She declined to send multiple referrals when we wanted to seek treatment elsewhere for physical therapy and neurology. She’s put a road block every step of the way when we continue to try to find alternative options for him. We would never recommend using this provider.

Started seeing Dr Nance a few times and felt every single appointment with her was a waste of time and it was. Got the same tests done under her, had findings that are clearly not normal and clearly the reason for my every day pain but nothing was ever enough for her to truly care and show some compassion and like she wants to help. Based on some findings, a condition that was documented, could potentially cause me paralysis over time if not treated. One star because the doctor was ok but I broke my knee and PT was suppose to order me a special knee brace got a call to make sure I was ok with the price I said yes went in to PT to get my size told I had to wait a week for it to come in called and was told it wasn’t ready yet keep in mind I’m having to hop around because I can’t put no weight on my leg 2 weeks go by call back to find out what’s going on was told they will call me back next day get a call asking me again if I was ok with the price hung up the phone thought ... read more
