Really liked my physical therapist and felt supported until I started getting discriminated for.. being there? During my last visit my PT’s assistant looked at me like I was a monster for saying ”hi.” And this wasn't up for interpretation. I got the “go straight to hell look.” Never had a bad exchange with anyone until then. That’s not how you keep patients. It’s how you get them to write a review like this on Google. Quite disheartening. I sincerely hope no one else has to have that kind of experience.
