I’d like to provide some feedback regarding my sister’s recent experience at your salon, as it raised some concerns about the level of customer service and professionalism. She came in simply to have the colour removed from her natural nails and a new colour applied. Unlike every other customer present, she was asked to pay before the service began. Not often do I feel the need to write a review. I am so disappointed with the outcome of these nails. $55 is not cheap. Do better and treat your customers better. The polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told my nails “will be ugly.”
The staff is really inexperienced and you walk away with none of the requests being fulfilled. I got given the weirdest shape despite asking for it to be fixed multiple times. Colour selections are limited. Honestly don’t waste your time here.
Similar to many others, I had SNS done and within one week 5 of them have chipped because they are so thin. I thought the way the SNS was applied was different to other places, less layers of dipping in the powder. I can’t believe this is still happening when there have been complaints of the very same things 6 years ago! For $60 I am very disappointed.
THE BIGGEST RIP OFF $45 for shellac on natural nail what a bloody joke. Was not worth it at all, would never return.
