Terrible experience – do not recommend! I asked for a coffin shape, and she did square instead. When I pointed it out, she argued with me, saying she does 100 customers a day who ask for coffin shape, and insisted her work was fine. I had to push back just to get what I wanted, and even then, the result was awful. Completely unprofessional and rude. I spent $75 for this terrible work — such a waste of money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this salon!
I never thought I would give a one-star review for a nail salon, but after spending $218 yesterday, the nails they did looked terrible. The nail polish is already coming off. I don’t know why I didn’t check their reviews first. I’m really, really disappointed with their service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this nail place. Just got my nails done yesterday, to find out they are not cured already chipping and have smudged Not to mention they are so badly shaped it looks like a toddler has done them. It’s as if they were in a rush, and my nails are proof of that.
This place is truly horrendous.. I asked for ombre acrylic nails. Showed her the picture and my gosh what i got looked like my 5 year old niece had done them. 8 out of the 10 were a different size, wrong color, ombre what ombre. I wish I knew how to add photo's 😕 Never going back and would not recommend this place to anyone!
Very disappointed with this service. I got my nails done yesterday, and less than 24 hours later the polish already started peeling. When I went back, I was told they don’t give refunds and that “these paints normally come off,” even though I was promised it would last a week. The staff were unprofessional, and for $55 I expected much better quality and service.
