Absolutely disgusting!! NEVER go here. I asked the lady to fix my nail THREE times and she failed AND THEN only gave me five dollars off. I’m so disappointed never going here ever again!!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️
I’ve been going here on and off for years. I’ve gotten biab a few times and then a few weeks ago they said they don’t do biab so I was confused and she did another type of gel. Then my nails started lifting slightly and I can’t even run my hands through my hair without them catching. Then I decided to go back again and give it another go and asked for biab again. AWFUL! I asked for a pedicure, the nail tech barely even scrubbed my feet. Then had a builder gel manicure, the tech cut my natural nails so short even though I requested to keep them long. She didn’t remove my dark nail varnish well or clean my nails, so when she put a light colour onto my nails they just looked dirty underneath. BOTCHED NAILS DO NOT GO HERE. Me and my friend finished our nails about an hour ago, we both had done acrylic tip shellac and we came out with our nails different lengths and the coating being uneven. We are now home and are having to fix our own nails with trying to file them down, i asked to get the smallest amount of length taken off and she took off more then half of the length that i came in with as i came in to get an infill. I had my SNS Nails done last week ( Tuesday) and it’s already all cracked and ugly. My nails also turned yellowish. I can’t believe that my nails didn’t even last a week! My work andthe house wor I dod wasn’t even that heavy. So disappointing, such a waste of money. The service’s is good but the quality of the SNS is so bad. Very disappointing.
