I had my SNS Nails done last week ( Tuesday) and it’s already all cracked and ugly. My nails also turned yellowish. I can’t believe that my nails didn’t even last a week! My work andthe house wor I dod wasn’t even that heavy. So disappointing, such a waste of money. The service’s is good but the quality of the SNS is so bad. Very disappointing.
very rude the nails are sloppy didnt even shape properly on of my nails have a patch with nail polish on the bottom i asked the lady to fix them cuz i didnt like them she was rude the whole time i was getting them done
Had manicure & spa pedicure but done very poorly. Not cleaned properly & old nail polish still visible after being manicured. (Refer to the hand nail photo). I asked for it to be scraped & cleaned properly but she kept insisting & she already done it.
The staff here are absolutely lovely. I accidentally ripped my pants, and one of the ladies went out of her way to buy me safety pins so I could pin them back and walk around comfortably. Such amazing customer service—thank you so much. I will definitely be back!
On 26 December 2025, I attended Universal Nails located inside Watergardens Shopping Centre, Taylors Lakes, Victoria, between approximately 12:30pm- 1:10pm ]. During my nail appointment, I removed my Apple Watch and placed it on the table at my nail station. I left the salon without realising I had left the Apple Watch behind.
