I came here a few times because the massages themselves were decent, but the way the staff treated me was very unprofessional. There is a big communication barrier and instead of trying to understand me, they made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. The first time I came, I didn’t tip because I wasn’t aware it was expected. I booked a reflexology appointment for my parents and they’ve expressed how relaxing and clean the space was. The masseuse’s used the perfect pressure and responded well to feedback. Glad to have found this wonderful spot in Richmond.
