Walked in randomly without an appointment as I was in dear need of a deep tissue massage. They were able to accommodate me immediately which was a nice surprise. Excellent couples massage. Made same day appointment. Showed up and was offered slippers and shown to the couples massage room right on time. Both therapists knowledgable and experienced. Checked in on pressure frequently. Felt great afterward and for some time.
I am calling today at spa to have information about body scrub and receptionist said I don’t know about service and continuously cutting my call off. I don’t understand if your receptionist is not speaking English and don’t want to provide information why are you keeping that person at front.
Just had an amazing massage here at U Spa. Feeling super relax and rejuvenate. The customer service is excellent and immediately makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend U Spa!!
