Luna is AMAZING! I have never had a massage from anyone that can compare to her. She doesn’t just go through the motions, she is methodical and intentional about the massage, you can tell she cares a lot about her clients. I’m very picky about my massages so I highly recommend Luna if you are too.

给你们提个建议，千里之堤溃于蚁穴， 你们技师有私自强制性收客户小费的行为，15%小费我认为ok的，但是30%太多了，会让客户以后都不想再来了，因为价格超出市场价太多，而且强制性收取没有提前跟客户说明，会让客户感觉很不舒服. 按摩整体可以，但是内部小费制度需要开会整改，因为老板不知道每个技师会跟客户说什么，客户有时候不舒服也不会说，可能直接不来了。 技师单次强制性要30%小费（或者固定金额的小费，但超过25%以上），对于技师来说，这单多挣了一些小费，但对于客户来说，很不舒服因为没有提前说明小费要30%，对于店铺来说，客户要是不舒服，以后可能就不来了。 这个店整体来说按摩质量还可以，主要就是需要加强内部整改和监督。小费要是硬性要求高于25%的话，需要提前跟客户说，让客户知情，很多都是技师单独找客户要的小费，所以老板也不知情，技师对待客户的服务质量直接导致店铺未来收入情况。谢谢 你们也可以弄一个意见箱，这样方便有问题可以及时整改，谢谢
