Had bad experience, Bad communication, unorganized, untrustworthy and very unprofessional! TOOK HER MADE UP FEES THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Lacks communication. I came in on time for my appointment and had to wait for over an hour. I communicated that I would be RIGHT BACK, ran down the street to Burger King & came back. When I arrived the tax center was closed. I wish Candida communicated that she was running behind and my appointment would be pushed back. I also wish she would’ve called to let me know she was leaving out, especially since I communicated that I would be RIGHT BACK. I have been worked with several accountants but none come close to Candida. I'm currently a business owner and must say that she goes above and beyond to get the best outcome when filing your taxes. If I could I would give her a 10 🌟 rating.
