This place in Tampa, Ricardo was a JERK and USAVE is an international company. Since Feb 3rd 2026, I returned car and Amex still not credited my 2K deposit(March 3rd) which was suppose to be a hold. I swear these dirt bags are trading with my funds while I have to proof to them that it was a charge from the rented date before they return the 2k. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! My Dad booked this through his military discount site and didn't read any of the reviews. The location itself is visually a flag, but I have several other reasons. We waited for almost an hour behind two angry customers before being "helped". We were asked for our insurance "declaration page" and told that our full coverage insurance wasn't enough and that if we declined their insurance, we would need to give them a larger deposit. The service at this location is wonderful . Daniella, the staff member who helped me with my rental, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her job to make sure I secured the rental I wanted and was 100% happy with my purchase. She was very helpful and knowledgeable at her job. The atmosphere was also great. No long lines and she got me in and out. Daniella was wonderful. She was very helpful and she smiled the whole time.I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for the great customer service.

Daniela Was super helpful. We book a car way too small for 5 and she hooked us up with the right size. Will for sure use them again!!
