I am so sad to have to leave a one star review, but I called about a week and a half in advance to rent their big 14 seater van and planned a day with friends around it. The man on the phone checked the schedule and told me it was available. I told him my name and to reserve it for me. He told me what the price would be and said we were good to go. I just went to pick it up and my reservation was never entered and they rented it to someone else. I am super bummed because we love supporting local but I was offered no apologie... read more

Should be a zero. Establishment does not accept debit/ chipped bank cards. Does take cash. Bummer. They are cheap but basically cant help you unless you have a credit card. Should have gone with ENTERPRISE to begin with. Form of payment is not and has never been a concern. No wonder the parking lot is empty.
